As a Regional Director of Human Resources, one of the most rewarding parts of my role is fostering a culture of appreciation throughout the year. Whether through social recognition, milestone awards, or our weekly creative follow-ups (CFUs), we always take the time to celebrate and support our dedicated team members. So today, we’re throwing a big virtual high-five (or real ones if you’re nearby) to celebrate YOU!
We don’t just appreciate you—we want to shout it from the rooftops! From celebrations and shout-outs to sweet treats and surprises, we love finding ways to show how much you mean to us. Because let’s face it—this place wouldn’t be the same without you. So, to celebrate how much we appreciate you this year on Employee Appreciation Day. We are rolling out our enamel pin project to all our employees in all our communities.

They are an impactful form of celebrating our employee journey through recognition because they are personalized, tangible, and provide a lasting reminder of an achievement.
