March 2022 – The Arrow Senior Living Team
As a nation, we celebrate Employee Appreciation Day on the last Friday of March every year. Though we show gratitude in a variety of ways throughout the year, having a special time to pause and honor our employees is a celebration for everyone at Arrow Senior Living.
Without our excellent, exceptional, loyal, and dedicated team members, Arrow simply wouldn’t be Arrow – Every single team member contributes a special magic that make Arrow Senior Living communities a great place to live and work. We hire for heart and agree with Mary Pipher, author of Another Country, that “The search for the right place is a search for the right people.”
Thank you to all Arrow employees during this special day! Each Arrow community is hosting a variety of celebrations and events (check out their news pages for details!). Here at home office we are continuing the tradition of honoring employees with special messages for each department. Throughout the day, we are surprising Arrow’s teams with a unique message from a public figure or celebrity who is special to their role!
Saint Charles, Missouri-based Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Each and every senior living community supports residents by focusing on dignity, respect, and quality of life. The programs and amenities offered are selected to provide only the highest standard of quality and comfort.
