The Meadowlands was developed as a gracious, full service assisted living and memory care community and true community and resident-centered care alternative to skilled nursing and nursing home facilities.

The community was developed through a joint venture between local investors and St. Charles County-based Turnaround Solutions for Senior Housing.

Backed by 21 local owners, Turnaround Solutions, LLC and its subsidiary Arrow Senior Living Management, this property proves to be the prototype senior living community in the Midwest.

Arrow Senior Living managed the development of the community from start to finish.

This 86-bed, 66-unit community was developed around the philosophy of innovative senior living, and prides itself in resident-centered care. To increase resident satisfaction services provided at the community includes an innovative all-day dining program and a full and balanced resident calendar providing sophisticated, yet easy to execute, programs appealing to a broad audience.

The group features best practices in senior housing sales and marketing for independent living, assisted living and memory care services.  It is intended for those involved or interested in turnaround opportunities–through increasing sales and operational performance and adaptive re-use and renovation of senior housing communities.  The group is lead by the company’s CEO, Stephanie Harris.

Arrow Senior Living has agreed to co-manage Mountain Creek Retirement Living, a 124-unit independent living community in Grand Prairie, Texas.  Arrow Senior Living lead sales and marketing efforts for six months prior to being named manager. During that time, occupancy increased from 55 to 90 percent for a total of 58 move-ins and a net gain of 44 occupied units.

Arrow Senior Living is partnering with Jackson Property Company, a full-service real estate firm specializing in residential management based in Arlington, Texas.
