Co-managing Mountain Creek Retirement Living
Arrow Senior Living has agreed to co-manage Mountain Creek Retirement Living, a 124-unit independent living community in Grand Prairie, Texas. Arrow Senior Living lead sales and marketing efforts for six months prior to being named manager. During that time, occupancy increased from 55 to 90 percent for a total of 58 move-ins and a net gain of 44 occupied units.
Arrow Senior Living is partnering with Jackson Property Company, a full-service real estate firm specializing in residential management based in Arlington, Texas.

I noticed your website on the LinkedIn, and I was intrigued with the descriptive about your new community in O’Fallon, because I graduated from high school in St. Charles. After perusing your website, I was impressed with your holistic approach to senior living. I worked for a company based in Atlanta, EdenCare Senior Living, that had a similar approach.
Since I currently live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, I thought I would see if you were developing properties outside of Missouri. Coincidentally, in 2008 your group partnered with a retirement community in Grand Prairie. I also noted that you are working with Jackson Property Company in Arlington. My question is whether you are starting any further adventures in the Dallas metroplex?
I have been an executive director for the past 10 years. Eight of those years were at a community called, Eden Terrace, in Arlington, Texas. I am currently in between jobs, and I am looking for a company that shares my professional values, and who would benefit from my expertise.
