Arrow Senior Living has agreed to co-manage Mountain Creek Retirement Living, a 124-unit independent living community in Grand Prairie, Texas.  Arrow Senior Living lead sales and marketing efforts for six months prior to being named manager. During that time, occupancy increased from 55 to 90 percent for a total of 58 move-ins and a net gain of 44 occupied units.

Arrow Senior Living is partnering with Jackson Property Company, a full-service real estate firm specializing in residential management based in Arlington, Texas.
